Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders you place with a Dutch Harbor Brand website late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Process time is typically 1 to 2 days before shipment occurs. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam will have an additional charges for standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (EST).

Returns and Replacements

EXCHANGES:

All returns of exchanges must receive a Return Authorization (RA) before being shipped back to Dutch Harbor Brands. Please e-mail us or call us to receive your Return Authorization. Dutch Harbor Brands is not responsible for covering any shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange your Dutch Harbor Brands product for a different Dutch Harbor Brands product, please call for authorization. All products must be sent back to us within 30 days and be in good condition and in original packaging.

If you have a product issue or are dissatisfied with the product’s quality, we will replace it at no cost to you within 30 days of purchasing and proof of purchase.

When shipping one of our products back to Dutch Harbor Brands, please make sure to include the original packing slip or a copy of the invoice, as well as your RA number and new product request in your shipment. As soon as your product arrives, we will exchange your product for the requested product/design and ship it back to you via UPS ground or US Post Office.

Please be aware that items do tend to get lost in the mail, therefore, we strongly recommend that you ship your product back to us with a delivery service with tracking capabilities. We cannot be responsible for any products that do not reach us.

We can accept exchanges on web sales only. Products purchased at retailers other than a Dutch Harbor Brands website, identified by a copyrighted statement by “Unico ITC” in the website footer, should be returned to that retailer for store credit.

Customers that purchase their Dutch Harbor Brands wipes through any retail or E-commerce store outside of the Dutch Harbor Brands website should direct their refund or exchange questions to the respective entity where the product was purchased.

RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your Dutch Harbor Brands wipes, simply send the product back to us within 30 days (must be in relatively new condition and in its original packaging). You must first obtain an Return Authorization (RA) Number before returning your item(s).

Original packing slip or copy of invoice, as well as RA number, must be included in your shipment. Dutch Harbor Brands is not responsible for covering any shipping costs.

As soon as your product arrives, we will refund the full amount of your purchase price minus shipping costs to your credit card or, if you prefer, we will mail a refund check to you.
